I actually witnessed and understood his Spanish ogling the guests and even letting some jump the que. I found the pool bar staff rude and impolite - particularly the one who thinks he is gods gift to women. The bar staff on the pool bar in my opinion treat all inclusive customers differently to the paying guests- I felt second class. Also the lady who served on the bar in the food area, smily and polite.
